My name is Janet, I am an experienced full-time Lake District wedding photographer and I couldn't be happier running a wedding photography business in the area where I grew up. Based in the beautiful village of Beetham, Cumbria has always been home to me and my family. Regularly photographing weddings in The Lake District, Lancashire, and The Scottish Borders.
I think myself very lucky to be able to live and work in such a beautiful county. My approach as a wedding photographer is to capture your day as it unfolds, looking out for spontaneous moments of emotion and all the countless treasures in between. Formal shoots, too are never stuffy or too posey. Allowing you and your wedding party to enjoy the day.
I believe in capturing REAL moments that will become more precious and more valuable as time goes on. More importantly, I always aim to give my clients a set of wedding photographs that they will treasure forever. Every wedding has it's own unique style and personality, most have a similar structure in the way they are organised around the main event.
