Andy Taylor Photography
After studying photography in Glasgow, I spent several years shooting weddings around the central belt before Paula and I decided to move back home, start a family and focus our business in Inverness and the Highlands of Scotland. I have now been a wedding photographer for twelve years and know how lucky I am to have a job I enjoy. I meet people from all over the world and I love being the person who captures their happy times together.

I hope you can take some time to visit my site properly and view my portfolio. Hopefully you like what you see and if you'd like to know more, I'd love to hear from you.

Zeenat & Mark's wedding was one of those weddings were everything seemed to run smoothly and on time.
The weather was a little showery but we managed to catch the breaks when we needed them.
This was a very hand's on wedding, with everyone mucking in to make sure Azure & Benjamin had the best day.
Just the sort of wedding I love to photograph.
A winter wedding but one of the warmest I have photographed.
Such a great couple to work for who were happy for me to do what I do best.
I thoroughly enjoyed photographing their wedding and being around their family and friends.
I felt so welcomed and at ease with everyone.
A lovely bunch of people.
We had a shortlist of photographers and Andy was the only one we both absolutely loved without any reservation - which made the choice really easy!
We were completely drawn to all Andy's candid shots but especially his detail photography.
Kincraig Castle looked absolutely stunning on the day.
It was the perfect day for a wedding.
We were friends with someone who previously had Andy as their wedding photographer and we were absolutely blown away when we saw their wedding photos and immediately knew that Andy would be the photographer for us.
We met Andy and he was so friendly, relaxed and chilled and knew that he would be a perfect fit and was exactly what we wanted as our photographer.
On the day, Andy was absolutely fantastic and was really unobtrusive when taking a lot of his candid shots, and also very precise with timings for group photos and never took us away form guests for a very long time, and was also very professional and well mannered and engaged well with all of the guests who were there, all of whom had really positive things to say about him!
Spring is my favourite time of year.
Not just to photograph a wedding, but in general.
Coming out of winter, temperature starting to climb, days getting longer, cherry blossom, etc.
It just puts a smile on my face.
And of course, summer to look forward to as well.
They were joined with 140 family and friends and none more important than their daughter, Maisie -such a little character and absolute star.
I do not recall her being grumpy once, which is no mean feat for a toddler!
At time's she stole the show, but I don't think mum and dad minded too much.
