I hope you can see lots of happy faces in my galleries. My approach to wedding photography is to capture as many happy moments as possible in a natural and relaxed way. It's the happiest day of your life, so I want to capture you looking your happiest. I like having a laugh with my couples when shooting and I'm always aiming to capture laughter. I want your grandkids to see how happy you looked in your wedding photos.

While laughter is my priority to capture, I'm also a sucker for a beautiful landscape and I occasionally throw out a wee creative snap into the mix too. I never studied photography but have attended workshops/seminars by Emma Case, Sean Flanigan, Fer Juaristi, Sam Hurd, Nessa Kessinger, Jonas Peterson, Samm Blake, Ed Peers, Jasmine Star and others.

I'm in a wonderful community of wedding photographer friends who inspire and challenge me.
Services
No matter who you pick for your wedding, the most important other vendor your photographer should gel with is your videographer as ultimately they can work as a team to create a great final product.
I have listed the above vendors as we have worked together lots and compliment each other's style, understand each other's approach and work off each other creatively.
When you first book your photographer/videographer it might be worthwhile to ask if they have a recommended list.
Here are my favourite photos of weddings I shot in Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland in 2018.
Another cracker of a year.
Thank you so much to all my couples for trusting in me to document the most important day of their lives.
These images are taken with the Canon 5D mk4, mostly 24mm, also 50mm and 135mm and edited with 1 colour preset and various black and white presets.
If you need a wedding photographer in Northern Ireland, Scotland, or anywhere worldwide, and I sound like a good fit for your day, please do get in touch!
2017 was another year of weddings where I can still confidently say that being a wedding photographer is genuinely the best job in the world.
Thank you so much to all the couples who trusted me to photograph their wedding.
There are so many insanely talented wedding photographers in Northern Ireland, so I am always thrilled when a couple picks me as their wedding photographer.
Another year with the same aim: to get as much joy and laughter out of my couples as possible.
It's the happiest day of your life, so I want to capture you at your happiest.
2016 was my busiest year yet!
Thank you so much to all the couples who trusted me to photograph their wedding.
The standard of wedding photographers in Northern Ireland is so high and there are so many different styles to choose from, I am always honoured when a couple picks me as their wedding photographer.
My first few years as a wedding photographer saw me experiment with different shooting styles and editing styles, however in my 4th year I'm now 100% focused on my aim with my wedding photography.
I have shot weddings previously with the entire wedding capacity being 20, so I have been familiar with smaller wedding parties, however this day had an overwhelming sense of intimacy.
Isaac and Ella had flown around 4000 miles from Nashville to get married here in Northern Ireland.
They chose to come alone to marry and then immediately honeymoon, and then celebrate with friends and family when they returned home.
They are extremely loved by their friends and family back in the States, so being able to stand a few feet away from them as they exchange rings was an immense honour.
