Hey, my name is Colin Maxwell, and I am a Belfast based wedding photographer in Northern Ireland, dog mum to Pippa, and the "better" half of Michael. I have a massive love for coffee and can't start my day without a cup of the black liquid gold. Over the last seven years, I have shot weddings here in Northern Ireland as well as the Republic of Ireland and France.
My goal is to not just take pictures on your wedding day but to capture the emotions, the important moments and the bits in-between. Then every time you look at the pictures it reminds you of that magical day for the rest of your life. As well as for generations to come. I like to keep things simple and have fun with my couples to get the best pictures.
No doing 100 different poses that takes 3 hours. I capture the wedding day and have as much fun with my couple as we can fit into their wedding. Growing up I always took great joy in getting my Grannys photo albums out and looking through all the pictures. One thing that always amazed me was the pictures that were taking over a hundred years from I was born and how I could get a glimpse into the life of my family I never knew from their pictures.
