Ian Davies is a commercial photographer based in Birmingham, working out from of his photography studio in Digbeth, he produces a range of photographic work for a growing list of commercial, corporate and private clients. In an increasingly image saturated world, Ian Davies Photo aims to make your brand, business or personality stand out from the crowd with creativity and style.
Projects undertaken include; Photography for advertising campaigns, visual marketing collateral for regional and national campaigns, corporate head shots and portraits for press, PR and editorial, stylised portraits for hair and fashion projects and live corporate and media events. Having an appreciation for design we also shoot product photography, working from our own beautiful studio space.

Ian gained a 1st class honours degree from Birmingham City University, having studied Media & Communication and specialising in Media Photography.
Moving to London, he spent several years assisting some of the UK's most established commercial and editorial photographers.
Working on editorial projects for the likes of Vogue, Vanity Fair, British GQ and NME, along with advertising projects for some of the largest commercial businesses in the world, including HSBC and Pepsi, Ian gained valuable photography experience across a range of photographic genres.
Moving to London, he spent several years assisting some of the UK's most established commercial and editorial photographers.
Working on editorial projects for the likes of Vogue, Vanity Fair, British GQ and NME, along with advertising projects for some of the largest commercial businesses in the world, including HSBC and Pepsi, Ian gained valuable photography experience across a range of photographic genres.
Our equipped photography studio in Birmingham is spacious, forming a large part of our 2400 sq ft unit.
It includes a soft area for your team and clients, a kitchennette and dining table, a dressing room for models and a daylight hair and make up area.
We think it's the ideal space for shooting fashion, commercial & portrait photography.
The exposed red brick give the studio natural character and Georgian windows give plently of light, allowing shoots to have the flexibility of daylight or blackout options.

Jaguar Land Rover, Marketing Campaign I was proper chuffed to get the opportunity to shoot a marketing campaign for JLR, via Brighton based creative agency, Brilliant Noise.
The shoot consisted of portraits and working shots of technicians at JLR's training academy in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
