Hi, I'm Kirsteen I'm a documentary wedding and family photographer. I work across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and further afield, specialising in candid documentary photography. This means I love to capture beautiful, natural moments when you forget there's a camera near you. Whether I'm taking wedding photographs or a family photoshoot, my approach is the same.

This is me, and my obligatory mug shot.
I totally empathise with all of you out there (there's a whole tribe of us) who instinctively feel awkward-gurny compulsions in front of the camera.
But that's why I love documentary stuff.
You don't stop to have photos taken but instead carry on enjoying the moments and those you are with.

My role is to tell your own beautiful, unique wedding story with images that are full of honesty and warmth.
The big moments will be photographed, like walking down the aisle, exchanging rings and making your vows.
But just as important to me are the in-betweeners, the wonderful stuff that's going on all around you.
As the bride and groom, you'll be at the heart of the story.
But I'll also capture heaps of photographs of your family and friends as they share the day with you.

We'll always get lots of big smiles and laughs but because the photoshoot is natural, we'll also get those magic little moments that will spark real memories in years to come.

The end of School or Sixth Form Prom is a rite of passage.
I can still remember the excitement of getting dressed up and celebrating with friends!
I offer pre-prom photography which is a blend of lots of natural documentary photography, together some group shots with friends and family.
It's great to do this outside or in a garden to make the most of the natural light, capturing the excitement and atmosphere of the occasion.
