Without doubt there are many workshop providers out there offering trips to beautiful parts of the UK and around the world, so why choose aspect2i? Aspect2i have been running photography workshops for over a decade now and we are proud of our track record of happy clients that come back year after year. The reason for this is that we are there for the photographers who travel with us.
All too often we hear accounts of photographers that travel with a workshop group only to find that their leader is more interested in what they want from the trip than what his/her group may want to learn or experience. It sounds simple but many photographers want to return home from a workshop having learned new skills, become better photographers and have the photographs to show for it.
Our leaders do not stand over you every minute of the day, but they are always there, on hand to help and pass on their years of experience and expertise in landscape photography. We feel that a workshop is something you have looked forward to and worked hard for so we want you to be a comfortable as possible.

Don't take our word for it, read some of the feedback we have received from people who have attended our photography workshops.
In a recent survey of clients, everyone said they would recommend aspect2i to their friends and would attend another workshop.
Thank you both for a great workshop in the Highlands of Scotland, the first where the professional leaders are not taking their own images and dedicate their time to their customer/students.
So rare to find, it seems that most are happy to take images themselves rather than dedicate ALL their time to the student/customer, while still charging the same price or higher and sometimes adding more 'students' to the workshop size.

We are pleased to be working closely with Epson.
Epson printers are regarded by most enthusiasts and professionals as the best inkjet printers available as well as making superb scanners for film photographers.
In this age of digital photography the final stage in any photographic journey is the production of a good quality photograph that does justice to all your hard work with your camera.
We at aspect2i have not yet found a printer manufacturer that does this as well as the Epson range of printers.

Educated as a graphic designer, he started using Photoshop 20 years ago and fell in love with all the editing possibilities it had to offer.
Living in Norway, surrounded by spectacular nature, he bought his first DSLR in 2005 in order to take his own photos to work with in the post-processing.
This quickly lead to a passion for hiking and for landscape photography, which has grown even stronger over the years.
Fredrik is drawn to dark atmospheric mood and wild landscapes in his photography.
He often looks for locations that can give his photography a touch of fantasy, leading too many trips around Norway and to Iceland.

Greg is a forty-something landscape photographer with over 10 years experience and a number of awards for his work, none of which really matters for it is the quality of the work that drives him, far above anything a judge might have to say about it.
A good landscape photograph isn't just about that once in a blue moon epic light.
For Greg it's about balance.
Balance of composition.
Balance of exposure.
Balance of atmosphere.
Balance of story.
All four must work together in harmony in order to create the perfect photograph.
