My documentary wedding photography style is natural, relaxed, humorous, and unobtrusive. My goal is to give you images full of emotion, reflecting the uniqueness of you and your day whatever the weather, wherever the location. A creative Norfolk wedding photographer working in a documentary style since 2003, I cover weddings in Norwich, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and throughout the country.
I also work as a destination wedding photographer, covering weddings beyond the UK. I like to photograph what's real, keep posing to a minimum - documenting events as they happen. I also specialise in newborn and baby and children's photography in Norwich, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. My family photography style is to tell the story of you and your children at this moment in your lives.
I'll come to your home or your favourite place to capture a mix of posed and relaxed natural family photographs for you to treasure. I'm also a documentary christening and children's party photographer within Norfolk and Suffolk.

Services
My baby and children's photography business began in 2002, and documentary wedding photography came into being soon after from my home county of Norfolk.
Other photography commissions more recently include estate and architecture photography for B&Bs which I also love - but mostly my professional work is in social photography.
In 2001 I graduated from Norwich University of the Arts (then the Norwich School of Art and Design) with a first class degree in visual studies.
I was determined and excited to begin to earn my living from the creative arts.

Coverage-inclusive options start with your high resolution files on a USB stick from 1850, or album packages from 2350.
The choice is yours.
A low-key approach is the basis of my natural documentary wedding photography style.
Some call it wedding photojournalism.
This means I'll be there to catch the best of all the moments you're enjoying and many you won't have seen.
I'll blend in with the party looking for genuine, natural images full of emotion, fun and humour.
Each wedding is unique, as is the way you interact as a couple, and that's what I'm looking to capture.

I shoot the wedding day as it happens.
It's about genuine, natural, creative, emotional images.
I want to reflect the uniqueness of you and your day.
I want to tell the story of your day.
Whatever the weather, wherever the location.
Based here in Norfolk, I also photograph weddings throughout the UK as well as destination weddings in more distant lands.

Destination wedding photography commissions began to be requested by clients a few years ago.
All weddings are fun no matter where they are in the world.
I'm delighted to be offered opportunities for destination wedding photography beyond the UK where of course it's lovely for me to shoot in a different environment and in different light.
To date I've covered weddings in France, Italy, Mallorca and Sri Lanka.
Destination weddings take a lot of organising.
These days we can keep it simple by having meetings on Skype and dealing with contracts and payments over the net.

For baby and children's photography shoots I like to capture creative, natural documentary images.
I like to take pictures that tell a story and show the aspects of a child's personality.
Much depends on the mood on the day, the weather, the light.
No two shoots are the same, because no two children are the same.
I don't work from a studio set.
For me it's personal!
It's all about those moments on that day in your lives.
And the ability to relive them again and again through the magic that is photography.
