Dedicated to girls being themselves, Frank & Bloom is a unique Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire based photography experience for girls aged 4-18. My aim is to provide a relaxed photography experience for girls of all types, enabling them to connect their personality with their visual identity by producing natural, unguarded and stunning images of who they truly are.
Whatever their character, the girls will recognise that their identity isn't about surface beauty, it's so much more. The great thing about photographing 5 year olds is their unblemished innocence and freedom to just be themselves. During the shoot we chatted about how she wanted to be a singer on a stage when she was older. I even got a mini performance.
I found out Anya was artistic, kind-hearted and family orientated and how she enjoyed Football, Karate and loved Star Wars. Her one wish was that her cat, who she loved with all her heart, lived forever. Anya's shoot was at three locations close by, including a nearby woodland and lake so she could show me her Karate moves.

First and foremost a photoshoot experience is about relaxing and having fun and because I plan my photoshoots so much, all a girl needs to do is turn up and enjoy herself.
Girls have up to two outfit changes in a full session and there is a handy pop up changing tent to use.
I don't dictate on what girls should wear, how their hair is styled or whether they wear makeup.
If the girl is left to decide, it can create authentic and expressive images of who they are today (given that at certain ages these aspects form a part of the outward expression of their identities).

A Frank & Bloom photography experience can be for groups of girls too and is a great way to share the cost of a photoshoot.
For individual photoshoots, you are more than welcome to invite her friends along for a few, fun group images at the end for free.
If you want a few family shots at the end then just ask, and if she has a pet that she has a special bond with, bring them along too.

Step 1 - An initial session fee is paid covering the cost of a 1 - 2 hour photoshoot, within 45 minutes drive of Woking.
This produces 30 images to choose from and also covers photoshoot preparation such as a questionnaire, telephone consultation and mood board.
This fee does not include images and you will have 3 digital collections to choose from once you have seen your images.
The photoshoot itself is also longer and so produces more photographs to choose from.
