I photograph weddings in and around Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Barnsley, Sheffield and throughout the beautiful counties of Yorkshire. Memories are precious, particularly in this age of instant information and digital communication. What's important to me is preserving the memories of your special day and making your wedding photos as evocative, personal and magical as the day itself.
When you look at your wedding photographs I want you to be transported back to that wonderful day time and time again. I'll get a deeper understanding of what it is you want from the photos and make them unique and personal to you. For me, the beauty is in telling the story. The bridal and groom preparations are so important. On completion, it allows you to see your partner's day from their perspective, which is always lovely.

I grew up watching my father direct actors in Film studios, so I think I was always meant to follow him into Television.
However through this experience I learnt how to portray a story and capture emotion visually, which is something I very much incorporate into my photography.
I first picked up a film camera 25 years ago and fell in love with still imagery, then 10 years ago I moved to fully digital.
It was after being repeatedly asked to photograph friend's weddings that my passion for these special days became so much more.
