I photograph weddings all over the North West. From gorgeous Manor Houses in the Lake District to rustic barns in Lancashire, quirky city centre venues in Manchester and Liverpool and village halls in Cheshire. Wherever you're planning to hold your big day I'd love to hear from you. It's REALLY important to choose the right photographer for you. There's approximately eleventy-million wedding photographers out there so it's not always an easy job to find your perfect match.
Let's get down to the nitty gritty. Am I going to be a good fit for your wedding day? Here's a few clues. I LOVE colour. The bolder the better. I adore working with couples who laugh a LOT and who aren't taking the whole wedding thing too seriously. I'm drawn to happy faces and I love to capture the pure JOY and FUN of a wedding day. My approach to photography is super relaxed which is why I'm often booked by couples who tell me they hate being in front of the camera.
Most of the day I'll be capturing all those little moments that you might miss.

Services
It's always a bit odd writing about yourself but I'm probably the one non-guest at your wedding that you'll spend the most time is.
So it's worth making sure I'm not a weirdo.
Or at least - I'm the right kind of weirdo for you!
So let me tell you a little bit more about me.
I'm based in lovely Lancashire where I live with my husband, our offspring and Bertie the Cavapoo (my third child and possibly my favourite).
We love adventuring, seaside holidays and getting muddy feet.
A few fun facts.
I have a serious book buying addiction (it's getting to be an actual problem - we're running out of shelves).

Ey up - thanks for visiting my gallery.
When you're on the look out for your wedding photographer this should be one of your first stops because style is everything darling.
Your wedding images will last you a lifetime so finding a photographer whose style you love and will be happy to have on your wall for ever more is ridiculously important.
I want to give you a really good flavour of what to expect if you picked me to capture your day.
Expect loads of colour, happy faces all round, fleeting moments, a tonne of emotion and some cracking portraits.

It's crammed with just some of the beautiful weddings I've been lucky enough to play a part in.
With almost 200 wedding under my belt, there's sadly not nearly enough room to show them all off here.
So here's just a few of my recent weddings for you to enjoy.
You'll find all sorts of weddings here - chic city centre affairs, village hall weddings full of handmade touches, stylish hotel weddings and everything in between.

It's been quite a while since my own wedding day and in some ways things were much simpler then - mainly because you were expected to stick to tradition and there was much less choice.
I'm so jealous of all you lucky sausages getting married today - tradition can be thrown out of the window if you wish and planning a very personal day is much more expected.
But having so much more choice doesn't always make things easier!
This is probably the first time you've planned an event of this size and no one really tells you how difficult it can be and how many decisions you have to make.

Photographers, creatives, small business owners.
How lucky are we do what we do?
Maybe, like me, you're in the position to do what you love full time.
Perhaps that's a dream that seems really far away at the moment.
Whatever stage you're in with your business, I'd love to know you, and hopefully to help you a little bit.
I'm always open to making new friends, I think it's a really important part of running a successful business.
So don't be shy - feel free to follow me on Facebook or get in touch via my contact page if you are looking for help and advise.
