Hello there and thank you for visiting my website and having a look round. I'm Sasha and I am Mooii, I'm based at my studio in Skircoat Green, Halifax and cover the whole of Yorkshire and anywhere exotic! It's hard to explain where the name Mooii came from other than to say I'm very visual and love detail and I just love the "oo" and I wanted a name with two "ii", I know its very close to the word mooi which in dutch means beautiful however being a Yorkshire Lass, Mooii is pronounced "Moo" as in cow and "ee".
Putting that all aside, I've always loved photography and have a passion for people, detail and above all capturing those special moments for people to treasure. I have my own style and I love faces and eyes however I firmly believe that when you commission me to be your photographer whatever the occasion, whether it's in the studio or out on location, then it's important that we build a relationship and discuss your wish list and the essence of what you want me to capture.

Here in Halifax I have a great studio creating that relaxing environment whatever the weather for those classic contemporary shots, I also love working with natural light out on location, whatever the season, and that can be in the park, your garden or your favourite spot.

Creating memories for you to hold onto as your child grows is the essence of Little Mooii, capturing that wide eyed innocence, those gorgeous chunky legs, the missing teeth the fairies have taken, the sibling love and the all the tears and tantrums along the way.
My Little Mooii shoots usually take place in the studio although there is that special age around 2yrs old when venturing out and having fun let loose in the park can be more fun for everyone.
2hrs, all the images are professionally edited after which I will invite you back to the studio for a viewing.

Your Wedding Day is all about you and as such it is important that your photographs reflect the true essence of your relationship and tells the story of your day in pictures.
My role is to create a story book of your day for you to treasure.
I will capture those special moments, the group shots you've asked for and more importantly I will capture those special moments that you are too wrapped up in one another to see.
We will also sneak off so you can pause for breath whilst I photograph just the two of you.
